About Me

My doctors told me 32 years ago I'd never have children and had a shorter life expectancy. Because I had been diagnosed with Crohns disease a year earlier and had already gone through two surgeries with another one scheduled when it looked like I could handle a third one. For some reason my body never wants to heal I could go on and on but I'll save that for another time. Right now I'm enjoying trying new products with my four boys that I was never supposed to be able to have and living life the best I can.

Living with Crohns

Living with Crohn's disease has never been easy and sometimes it seems like the older I get the harder it gets. Every time I go to the doctor they tell me I now have another illness added to my long list of ailments. After trying at least four new revolutionary drugs over the years and getting the hardly ever seen side effects I'm now on my fifth drug. It seemed to help at first but now not so much. But that's life and we live with what we get even if at times it's the pits.
